LSC-Wiring Systems

The LSC wiring system consists of an aluminium frame that replaces the conventional back panel and cable ducts.
It can be assembled quickly and easily from prefabricated aluminium parts. Mounting of switching elements on the integrated snap-on or screw-on hardware is three times faster than on a traditional back panel.

LSC Wiring System

more space in your control cabinet due to the use of a second level for wiring

wiring and servicing is carried out just as before
LSC-AIn model A the horizontal mounting profiles are screwed directly with the vertical side supports. The installation depth is comparable to a mounting plate. Wiring will be executed on the back and complies with X-wiring.
Application LSC-A in cases where:

the control panel is accessible from the back

the wiring side does not have to be accessible

the mounting frame has to be as flat as possible

many cables with large cross sections have to be wired
LSC-BHere the mounting profiles are screwed with brackets on the vertical side supports. Thanks for the free space inside of the brackets exact guiding of the cables and wires is guaranteed (all cables and wires have to be accessible from the front).

LSC-C, flat and compactModel C was developed especially for wall and small enclosures. The mounting profiles are mounted on the side supports with insulators. Wiring and rewiring can be done from the front, in compliance with EN 60204.

Here the focus is on the requirement for the system provider to offer integrated solutions. Let us take for example the subject of Industrial Ethernet Networking: alongside the infrastructure elements such as switches and gateways Lütze also offers integrated solutions for cabling of the network. Lütze can supply all the necessary products, from Ethernet cables suitable for use in C-tracks to hubs and switches that can be mounted on DIN rails. This expertise is mirrored again in the application examples that overlap more than one industrial area.
So, for example, Lütze switches can be found just as easily in the semiconductor industry as in the harsh environment of railway vehicles. The list includes further applications in the textile and packaging machine industries.
The DIOPC serves as an intelligent gateway between the popular types of field bus and the Ethernet. A typical example is in greenhouse management where the DIOPC collects and controls signals from up to 10,000 inputs/outputs covering a wide variety of parameters including temperature, air humidity, CO2 content of the air, brightness, humidity of the earth and the condition of the plant fertiliser.
